Step 1: Make Your Own Copy
Click here to open the Google Sheet โ File โ Make a copy โ Save to your own Google Drive. Now it’s yours to edit!
Step 2: Add Your Income
Go to the Income section and add your salary, freelance work, or other income streams. The sheet totals it up automatically.
Step 3: Track Your Expenses
Fill in fixed (rent, bills) and variable (groceries, transport) expenses. Totals are calculated for you.
Step 4: Set Savings Goals
Name your goal (Holiday, Emergency Fund), input the target, and log your monthly savings. The progress bar will show how close you are!
Step 5: Review the Dashboard
Quickly see total income vs. expenses, savings, and goal progress on the summary dashboard.
