Refund Policy

At WyFinx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Digital Products

All sales of WyFinx digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but did not receive the file
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You were charged twice for the same product

To request a refund under these conditions, email budgetboss@wyfinx.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

Compatibility

Before purchasing, please ensure you have:

• Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, OR
• Google Sheets (with minor adjustments)

We do not offer refunds for compatibility issues that were clearly stated before purchase.
